Session Description

Have you started to use Google Classroom with your students but want a deeper understanding of how its features can be used to their fullest potential? In this session we will explore how Google Classroom can be integrated with other TDSB digital tools and resources to encourage student voice, model Global Citizenship, and enhance Communication and Collaboration in the classroom. We will examine how a wide variety of the embedded features can enable students to take ownership of their learning while engaging in deep learning opportunities. By the end of this session you will walk away with a better understanding of how you can use Google Classroom to support instruction, assessment and evaluation practices, and engagement with parents. Please note that this session is not intended as a “How To” but instead a session to inspire ideas and potential within your teaching context.
